Second up was Sarah Mangle. She is a performance artist story telling kid who has written two monologues that have been performed as one person plays wthat morally traumatized audiences in small town Nova Scotia. She is the author of squirrel girl, a zine that lasted three years. Her stories show up often in Street Eaters and she performs regularly in MontrĂ©al at places like the cat call, van gogh’s ear, the bishop street pub, and the bread factory. Besides wearing hats, Sarah also draws pictures and sings songs. She aspires to make animated films and kiss complete strangers in grocery store line-ups.

She was introduced by the wonderful and gracious Richard Burnett who was MC for the evening.
