$80,000/year for naming rights to Zeke's Gallery

Howdy!

According to this article from yesterday's New York Times, the Louvre is receiving $17.3 million/year for their name on a museum in Abu Dhabi. Using that as a benchmark, it appears the Zeke's Gallery name would be worth about $80,000/year.

Follow me this way:
The Louvre Abu Dhabi is going to be about 260,000 square feet. Or $66.54 per sqaure foot/year.
Zeke's Gallery is 1,200 square feet. Multiplied by $66.54 per sqaure foot/year equals $79,846.15.
All figures are in American dollars, so instead of futzing around with the exchange rate, I just rounded up.
